By accessing or using ProposalFirewall ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the content you upload and the accuracy of your use of AI-generated outputs. You may not misuse the Service (e.g., reverse engineering, circumventing access controls, or reselling without authorization).

3. Account and billing

You must provide accurate account information. Subscription and usage-based billing terms are as presented at signup and in the billing portal. We may change pricing with notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

4. Intellectual property and your data

We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. Our software, branding, and materials remain our property. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated content (e.g., extractions, drafts, compliance suggestions) should be reviewed by qualified personnel. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI output or for third-party services (e.g., CRM, SAM.gov) we integrate with.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
